DNS Blacklist for ZA spammers

I've started a DNS blacklist to which I intend to add any ZA spammers, like Dr Brian Jude, PPI group, etc.

This can be used from mail servers like postfix, etc, as well as client software like MailWasher, SpamPal and other DNSBL capable software.

I see doing a Google.co.za search for "Dr Brian Jude" brings up this page in position No 4 or 5.

They do regular data swops with The Peer Group (also a known spammer).

I would need the mail headers, if you have any emails, as that would tell me which server is the culprit. The server would then be added to the blacklist.

I'm looking to add all the guys from the ISPA Hall of shame to the blacklist. I already have one spammer confirmed and being blocked by the blacklist.

Using the blacklist is FREE, to use it just add bl.dewet.org.za to your mailserver's list of DNSBLs to check

I might be mistaken but is this not illegal under the current legislation in the UK,USA and RSA?

Swapping data from people's personal information as far as I know is also illegal in RSA and UK/USA as well?
