Nope. Still Errors
We have called in to iBurst and explained this problem in the past as it constantly happens. You cannot work, and as someone else mentioned, you cannot even get to Google in some cases, like right now actually. When I explain the problem, they gave me a different number to call due to needing more "advanced support". Then the poor oke on the other end tries every browser he can find, and then starts using mobile devices to find the problem, and then magically they find something, and vwalla, it all works again as they found cache that needed flushing on the MTN side of something or other...
Now I would love to have the time to do this every time we get these DNS errors, but we just don't so can iBurst not just find a way of automating these cache flushes or something??
This is extremely frustrating and as murphy would have it, it always happens when you have something Reeeeeeeeeeaaly urgent to do...
Sorry to say it , but this is getting SUPER annoying.

Any improvement that you see by using Google DNS or OpenDNS is purely coincidentalI tried that & it was still a FAIL!![]()

What are the urls that are an issue?
Got those dns errors last night.
By the way, be careful when linked to opendns. Someone has registered an ip as a static one from iburst [not knowing it's not static] and has put logging and blocking on the ip. I got blocked yesterday by opendns due to rules on the IP. Changed to google dns instead.
