Hi

Wonder if someone can help please.

I have redesigned a site for a client, and need to get permission to update DNS records.

Im being pushed from Pillar to post from the ex Web Developer to ISP, but i think theres a middleman inbetween, whom i dont know how to get hold of. The registrar is "WA Networks". Has anyone had any experience with them (or even heard of them), and if so, can anyone point me in the right direction....

Thanks in advance...

(not sure if im allowed to post this?)

thanks for the reply. I did send a ticket to Webafrica, and got this reply from them:

As you can confirm below, the themuses.co.za domain name was successfully transferred to us but is pointed to external name servers that is managing the active DNS for the domain name.

http://co.za/cgi-bin/whois.sh?Domain=themuses.co.za&Enter=Enter

They would therefor be able to update the necessary DNS records or advise if we should update the domain name to point to our hosting name servers instead, so that we can also update the necessary DNS records required.

Not sure whats going on?

Whoever registered domain loaded custom DNS. Should you wish to tinker with the DNS you'd need to log into serve hosting's panel or transfer the DNS hosting to Webafrica or another DNS host

Thanks guys, makes a little more sense. Will try the above...
