DNS Issues

Hi There,

I host a number of small sites through Dynamic DNS & Sitelutions on my small server here in ZA. The problem is that even-though the IP address is correctly reflected on the Dynamic DNS account the domain is resolving to a different IP Address, and one that looks a bit malicious, notably http://165.145.112.104, tracert as follows:

1 <10 ms <10 ms <10 ms www.healthygenes.co.za [192.168.0.71]
2 24 ms 15 ms 15 ms dsl-145-64-01.telkomadsl.co.za [165.145.64.1]
3 45 ms 46 ms 46 ms dsl-145-112-104.telkomadsl.co.za [165.145.112.104]

Can anyone offer any assistance?

Try clearing your dns cache - assuming you have a Windows platform, go start run type in cmd then type in ipconfig /flushdns

hopefully this cures it.

Looks like my server has been compromised, 192.168.0.71 is a local address, it should not be redirecting from there. B@gger! Thanks for your assistance.
