DNS lookup error

I can't seem to understand why I get this issue when visiting http://www.tokyotosho.com/ - Sometimes the site works other times it doesn't. I know for fact the site is up becoz iburst can view it fine. So wat is wrong telkrap dsl?

I get this error in IE 6firefox just popsup a error box)
