DNS on unrestricted APN - "query refused"?

Thought I'd just mention this in case anyone else is having issues today...

I connect using a TP-Link MR3420 3G router but am unable to resolve anything while connected to the "unrestricted" APN today. The "internet" APN is working fine, though.

The IP config I got on the "unrestricted" APN (according to my 3G router) was:

IP address: 41.48.237.xx
DNS servers: 41.48.23.29 (dns-neotel-1.cmobile.co.za) and 41.48.23.61 (dns-neotel-2.cmobile.co.za)

Both these DNS servers are refusing my queries (192.168.1.254 is the router's IP):
