DNS resolution problems?

Have anyone experienced some on and off DNS resolution lately? I browse without any problems and then suddenly DNSs can't be resolved. I can still access sites using their IPs, but all name resolution stops. Then after about 20 mins, it rectifies itself for about 30 mins and then starts all over again.

the active (or not) DNS is 196.25.255.34

any ideas?

Ive been having a problem with some coza sites today. I think Uniforum is having probs. I clled them this morning and they half admitted to it.
