like #1 IS's dns
and #2 google's

is it good to use it like that or are it recommended to use the the primary and secondary one from the same "server"

The first would give you rapid response look-ups, the second will be used if the first cannot supply the answer.

Not only that. A local DNS server will direct you to a local server if the site you are visiting is distributed as most larger sites are.
