Do any local ISP's support MLPPP

If you are referring to MLPPP on ADSL then you're out of luck. All the PPPoE termination for ADSL is onto Telkom's equipment. They do not support MLPPP and do not yet do any layer-2 handoff that would allow the ISPs to do it themselves.

There are other kinds of bonding besides MLPPP and there are a number of ISPs that provide solutions to SMMEs. These days there are also a number of fibre-to-the-business and high speed leased line solutions that are great value for money and far more reliable then trying to mash together a bonded link.
