So my account got temporarily suspended due to it possibly being compromised.
This happened on Monday night, I received an email regarding it as I was kicked off the server...
As of today I have not heard anything from Blizzard, even after sending them 3 emails regarding the situation.

I've got Wrath sitting waiting for me, but can't even log on, this is just pathetic, I've even spoken to a GM on my gf's account and he said it takes a couple of hours up to 2 days for the investigation to complete. Well, its been more than that along with an expansion release, you'd think someone would at least have gotten back to me...

/shrug. 11 million paying customers. What's a couple bans/suspensions here and there.
Something similiar happened to me. Payment issue, account got blocked for subscription activation. Took a week of threatening and begging emails before I even got a response.

No they don't particularly care. Yes, it sucks to be you.

One of my accounts got hacked beginning of the year.. Everything was deleted, gear, character. It took 2 months for the investigation to close and eventually everything was restored.

Got my account compromised a few months back. Even after providing everything they wanted it took two weeks to get it back. Have you filled in the online form?
 
Been trying for a week to give a French company R 1 mil business. Phoned 4 times send numerous emails. Nothing!! I think it’s a French thing. They are all probably out on an extended lunch! Must say the receptionist had the most beautiful voice. Don’t mind phoning again..

tell them you gonna own yourself if they dont sort it out. lol i heard they take that *** seriously.
 
Our one dudes accounts got compromised, the one that was used for botting was unbanned within a day or 2, the other took about a month to get back :/

Was actually kinda crap, cause he was away on holiday when it happened and we had to get hold of a gm to get the accounts suspended
 
I had some issues with one of my accounts a while back. I used Blizzards webform and it took anywhere between 2 weeks to a month to get any response. Speaking to GM's was just pointless, all I got from them boiled down to "This isnt my department. I cant help you, just wait it out".
