You can tell us without giving personal details. It's not that difficult.

My last estate agent. I didn't ask her for the details but she was saying I lost a potential buyer due to the fact that banks don't want to deal with bond originators. She works for realnet. Her name is Eva.

I recall reading an article somewhere that banks didn't want to deal with them... can't recall where.

probably the western cape..... there was a courts case a year back ... thats it from me ... off to get a superhero outfit

They are useless... we had to approach our own bank to ask for a lower rate. Then they sold our details to every telemarketer on the planet.

Don't waste your time, apply for the load yourself and save the money. We ended up doing most of the work ourselves.

I found Ooba completely useless and they did not have the clout they claimed with the banks. The only benefit is that you fill out one application and they submit to each bank. But on the other hand when they screw that up you end up having to deal with each bank yourself. They were also unable to get the banks to improve the rate offered which was worse than the rate I eventually got by dealing directly with the bank.

Thats some kinky **** you into mate...

Where do you work seeing as you have such good inside information?

In any business you get good service and bad service. I know a bond originator that gives excellent service. Firstly, she worked for 20 years for a big bank and know the in's and out's. She works fast and get you 5 quotes in a jiffy. Becuase she works for herself, her reputation is on the line and that is why she must give the best service possible.

Try and do that the job of getting 5 quotes from 5 banks. It will make you sick and drive you nuts.
