Do both parties fall under the Query terms on an invoice

As per Heading, so on my MTN statement it is stated

Unless a query is raised in respect of the contents of this bill within 30 days from the date thereof, the contents shall be deemed to be correct.

So here is my dilema, last month one of my statements was undercharged by about R200, now being an honest (not really) guy i called MTN to advise them and they said they will bill me the diference the following month which was fine see Work pays me back what ever is on my bill up to a specified maximum so even with the extra R200 it was below the amount im allowed. but this months bill didnt have the extra , but again was under charged. no If next month they decide to bill me R400 extra its more then work will pay me back so I will be liable for the differnce.

Now as I queried the first time and 30 days has already passed and MTN havent queried the new invoice goes pass 30 days is MTN Liable or am I?

i wouldn't count on it. even if it does work both ways, the fight to get what is yours won't be worth R200

. Its not like i dont want to pay them i advised them last month as mentioned, and called them again today to advise, but i cant give the office a bill of R400 over, thats just insane! will bite the bullit but none the less its actualy unfair of them to mess up and then charge me for that? if they do it one more month am i supposed to run after them to be paid?

Its happened to lots of people. MTN couldn't care about your personal circumstances or that they messed up.. as far as they're concerned (when they realise it), you owe them money and they will collect.
