Only found this thread a min ago, my question is this "soft cap" you spoke about , is it throttled after you reach the 3GB limit if so what speed, and at what stage is the hard cap applied if at all?

Hardcap is applied at 6GB. There is no throttling of speed as far as I can tell.

Thanks as I needed that info to plan my downloading for the rest of the month, and did not want to sit here cutoff a few days before the end of the month.
