I have been using them since the past week as I have bad anxiety issues. I have noticed a positive change but are these a placebo or do they really work?

Ok, I assume there's a backstory here?

They find this dude really annoying(basing this of arguments other posters have had with him in the past)

He asks for help but argues against advice given, and comes across as a know it all.

I'll try find a thread in a bit. That dude was amusing
About on par, I'd say. OP needs a good, hard smack against the head and a teaspoon of cement so that he can harden the **** up a bit and be an actual adult.

I doubt Calmettes work. Remotiv works to an extent, but it is expensive and there are other St John's wort extracts which are easier on the wallet. No, your medical aid won't cover these treatments.

Either go see a GP to get a proper prescription to address your issues or roll some cannabis.

It is easy to say bad anxiety or severe depression, go see a doctor.

What made you decide to use it?
Have you considered seeing a doctor?
Is there a reason you don't want to see a doctor?
I remember you mention drinking sleeping pills, why not go see someone?

@newjourno will you atleast respond to the questions this time? Pls if you want help etc atleast be part of the conversation... Stop creating threads and moving on without giving more input...
