Do closer level 3

Hi Peeps

I've used my 9g cap by 15th of Aug, was capped for 1 day and now I have access again.

Is this a Telkom ISP fault, or will I get billed for the used cap???
 
!!! Now I really need help, normally, I would use my 5gig international data, I would get capped and moved to Local bandwidth.

Well I used my 9gig cap(They changed the 5 to 9 as you might know), got capped...grabbed a few nzb's. Today I could access international sites again.

Currently standing on 9.8gig International used + 2.9gig Local :eek:

How is this possible??

They mess up sometimes. Telkom are probably more up to **** with the new caps and all that. They can't charge since technically they're supposed to cap you and you can't do anything about it from your side.
 
As long as you don't go over your combined international and local cap (9+30gb?), then they cannot charge you!
