Do DJ's actually do something?

Do DJ's do something???? Well Yes, Someone has to keep an eye out on the winamp player to make sure that the song does not get skipped to the next one every couple of seconds.
 
All they do nowadays: talk crap about things they have no clue about, pass off their political views, make statements about people that are untrue, oh and ensure the hottest new garbage is played on heavy rotation

every single thing that this guy does with the mixer corresponds with a sound that he creates - so yep he is legit doing the scratching and sampling - and most of these guys wont fool me - i was a club DJ for a very long time in the days of proper vinyl beat mixing - we did not have any "auto" buttons in digital players - just technics SL1200 turntables with mixers - so i know frauds when i see them ..... this guy is a master with a cross fader
 
In short DJ’s are people who when they get drunk they still play music the crowd likes.

When I get drunk I play music I like. So not DJ.
