Do Evetech charge penalties for cancellations?

I can't take this, they just don't respond and the horror stories are piling up of people waiting >1 month for delivered components...

I saw a 10% "handling fee" penalty for cancelling, anyone have experience with this?

You will likely be billed given their reputation. If you've pulled the trigger already, just suck it up. It's unfortunate. Hopefully you can get service from the PC manufacturer direct.

I should have done a little research before dropping so much money, I feel so stupid now, they've disabled their phone lines and take days to respond via email, this is awful.

Sorry for that. On the plus side, you'll probably get your stuff, it might just be a bit quiet for a while. Don't be too hard on yourself.

I've managed to cancel, hopefully the penalties aren't too severe, hopefully I see the money I paid, it sucks to lose money and time like this...
