Do level 2 can someone please confirm

ok, so i just got off the phone with some lady at telkom internet regarding an upgrade to my line...
so heres the thing i currently have a 384K Do level 1 and i wanted to upgrade the line speed to 512K she says that the Do level 2 is based on 512K line, i've doubled checked the website and it says the Do level 2 is based on a 384K line, her response to this is that its changed now?
can somebody please put me out of my misery and confirm this! :(

I dunno what that woman's smoking but I have Do2 and the last time I checked, which was yesterday, it was still at 384. But maybe she knows something we don't.
 
Phone again. And then another time. If you get 2 of the same answers, then you'll know.

With Telkom you'll probably get 3 different ones.
