Had them ( SPARKI )instal solar panels etc after waiting for 2 months installation.
They finally came three dqys ago and were extremely unprofessional and loud.

Same night no power. " Electrician " made incorrect connections so sat in the dark.

Two days later and no feedback and I am still waiting for a technician.

Regret dealing with them. Thinking of taking them to court.

No customer service whatsoever.

Please save yourselves the aggravation and hassles
Tney are not cheap also.

Better options out there.

South Africa.
Johannesburg.
Solar and inverter installations and sales

Always curious how you ended up with them in the first place they are anything but the usual candidates horrific reviews with one google search. they dont even have a decent website.

Why did you go with them?

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately a lot of these one man operations employ people off the street as "technicians" who can't even read/write.

Yes sure I get that but when ppl are about to part with over R100k worth of cash some basic research would be advised.

This is how we are one of the most scammed nations on earth....

I had Sparki do my GoSolr installation.
It went well - they were quick and professional.
One circuit connection wasn't tied in properly, and they came back the next day to rectify.

Maybe it's because that gosolr contract is important to them that they had someone over them if that makes sense.

Definitely this, had them do my installation as part of the GoSolar package, very neat and professional.

Even did follow up visits to make sure all is well.

The 1 guy mentioned that if there is any issues, GoSolar drops them as installers almost immediately.

thought so...

sure. but how many people go give positive reviews when they get good service?
I certainly didn't.
@Joka69 did you give them a good review?
Through GoSolar yeah.

They sent through like an after service survey, which I completed and stated that the work they done at my place was done in a professional manner.

They finished off quite late, so my wife insisted they don't really need to finish the cleaning up, as we also needed to leave, so I couldn't fault them on that on the survey.

They were also the same company that did work for a friend of mine in the South of JHB (I'm in the Westrand) and he had the same experience, in fact, he actually had a better experience than I did, they got to him at around 7:30 by 12 they were done.

They got to me at around 9ish (ironically because of traffic due to loadshedding) they then had to rush and at least get the battery installed because I was about have loadshedding from 12 to 2.

They eventually only finished at around 6:30 (also ran into some issues with my db board which they sorted out), but they finished.
