In my experience the most cops (black or white) are incompetant, corrupt or racially biased.
The few officers who do their job out of conviction are becoming a lesser breed.
But this is not linited to the SAPS alone though, it's most of government is suffering the same fate.
Is this based on personal experience/observation or on news reports?
