Do Telkom technicians work on weekends?

Hi. On Thursday my line went dead and I reported it that afternoon. I don't suppose Telkom will get to it sometime this weekend?

Yup, they came and fixed a damaged line on a Sunday but only because they were going to arrive on the Friday but didn't.

I've had a techie work at my exchange on a Saturday but only because of escalation.

Good luck!!! I have been waiting over a week for Telkom to come and fix my internet, I placed an escalation and they said it will still take 7 days to get to me, that was last week Wednesday!!!!!!
