I've been in France, they have it; same in Belgium and other countries in Europe. Just wondering if it does exist in SA because i'm kind of interested on starting a TV Station that will broadcast via Cable TV and ADSL.

Anyone with an idea?

On topic, no I am not aware of any such cable systems in SA. Telkom has been talking about IP-TV for a while now though.

Good luck in trying to start this. I hope you have a never ending pool of funds!!! I mean no offence, but it really isnt a cheap thing to start up considering the initial capital outlay.
