Well my temporary registration(dealer plate thingy in the back window) has expired, I still have the license disc on the window and it is still valid, I only have one of the original plates.
I'm thinking I should stick it on the back and hopefully be legal, I've already been targeted by having no plates on by the PO until they saw my dealer plate.
Is having just the rear plate on legal?

meh, its bloody mpumalanga plate and i am in kzn

yea well until they do i'd like to drive my car

Neither your licence plates nor that licence disc is valid or legal.

The temp permit is valid for 21 days and is to ensure that you have enough time to register and licence the vehicle and have plates made.

Any idea what the delay is?

not really, although the guy that sold me the car is in hospital :/

Possibly the NCO wasn't signed. Still there are ways around it.

I suggest you light a fire under your dealer's arse. That's why you are paying them to have the vehicle registered and licensed.
