It's relatively safe where I live (2 places) so, no plans to acquire a firearm. I don't even have burglar bars yet but I monitor crime stats.

Handed my CZ 75 '89 year in during amnesty.
Busy going through the process of getting
Glock 19
Shotgun
Hunting rifle (given to me)

No option for "fck yes"? Suppose "yes" will have to do. Two firearms in fact. Backup on my leg, primary on my belt. Wife carries too. I have zero problem in using it in "stopping an imminent or ongoing violent attack on me or a legally protected interest" without hesitation. Obviously "fearing for my life".

May I ask why? I own one. And that thing has never ever malfunctioned on me ever. Even when I neglect to clean it after every shoot. It just keeps going. No matter what ammo is loaded. And I don't even have the original. I have the "chinese knock-off" Norinco version. That thing is old faithful. Literally trust it with my life. Very good weapons those.

You're lucky. I've seen a couple of Norinco's jam on the range.

The original CZ75 is bullet proof and very accurate but it's a dog to carry around due to size and weight hence I handed it in. I got it new in '89 - never let me down.

Have to agree. During winter I wear it on a shoulder holster in my jacket, and in summer I have to wear a very strong thick belt to keep my pants and it on my hip.

Personal experience with a Ruger 223 here. After 500 rounds and having every few rounds jam, my father once again came to my rescue and fixed it for me.
Almost 1200 rounds later no jams but still it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Always wondering when is the next round going to jam.

(Failure to feed and failure to eject. Ejector tried its best by ripping a piece of the brass casing, casing stuck in the chamber)

No you know why I chose another make of weapon.

Got a G43X which I carry and a CZ-P10C for home defence and occasional carry during winter. Both under Section 15.

Interesting. How did you manage to motivate the 43X under section 15?

Nice. That's almost my ideal handgun combo. If not for carry, I'd just make the P10C a P10F. Personally I have a G19 (cause I have only 1), but those 2 are great.

Have a Browning HiPower on S15 which is my daily carry. Want to get a SIG P365XL at some point though as the Browning is quite a beast to lug around.
