Not a dedicated gaming PC, but the PC I use for work can game. A 3950X with a 3060Ti can still play a lot of games fine.

Haven't had a gaming PC since 2020. I would not mind getting one again at some point, but for now it's a giant waste of money as the vast majority of games I play and want to play release on console as well. The only exception being WoW that I want to play with a friend later this year, at least that is supported on MacOS (well for now, lets see if MS fscks that up for me)

I consider a gaming PC to be a computer built with gaming as the primary objective, so yes:

Pentium 2 450 @ 504 MHz
192 MB PC-133
2x Voodoo2 in SLI for 3D
S3 Virge Trio for 2D
19” flat CRT (ViewSonic E90f)

I had a very nice Dell 21” CRT with Trinitron tube which could handle go to 2048x1536 at 85 Hz or lower resolutions at up to 170 Hz, but it was just too big and heavy, and the colours were starting to fade. A bit pointless too, as most of the time is spent at 800x600 or 1024x768 and still manages 120+ Hz.

My primary PC, which is entirely work oriented, might be able to handle Solitaire :p It has a GTX 1050 2GB simply because it was lying around and capable of displaying to three monitors.

I don't know. The Sims 4 runs quite well on my i5 12th generation PC.

Been pc gaming since '97. So yes :)

My personal computer counts as a gaming PC to me, but I imagine that's similar to a Corsa lite with racing stripes counting as a track car.

nope - no more gaming PC but i make sure that most of my PCs are properly multimedia capable and can do streaming and such decently for entertainment purposes but i'm getting on in years and i stopped gaming a very long time ago - so i don't even use my PCs for solitaire even
