Nope...

Got notification from Pay City of a parking fine for a vehicle with a registration number that I do not own. Now I must run around to dispute the fine because either someone fraudulently registered a car in my name or AARTO data is simply wrong.

They're hounding me about 2 fines - never received a summons for either, so not interested anyway, but one was definite fraud by traffic cops - I witnessed it and tried to stop them issuing it.

Has anyone tried unsubscribing from Pay City recently? Doesn't work..
 
With the extra threat of having your license suspended or having to go through driver rehabilitation the corrupt cops now just have more power over the average driver. More cooldrink money incoming.

It's the people enforcing the laws that cause the issues, that part of this process isn't changing.

I recently renewed my car license, no sign of my unpaid fines. And Jo'burg is supposed to already be well established with AARTO.

All just more hot air, again
 
another failure like Etolls, or in other words another stealth tax onto people,
thats all it always is, taking money from you with zero repercussions for some misdeeds that you never committed
all to feed the vast and greedy ANC patronage and corruption machines,

at this point its not about the public good, never was, its now about how much can we take from you without people raising a stink about it, and in such a way we can keep milking it forever and ever.

I'm surprised they don't come up with an apartheid tax next.
