poll coming :)

Earphones + mic on them.
I find headphones that cover your ears uncomfortable after a while.

PS3 Headset using bluetooth dongle. 2nd PC uses a Corsair Dolby 7.1 USB headset which is pretty good as well.

poll re-requested: I'm really interested if you guys use normal or any sort of virtualization for speakers and or headphones/sets if you play games.

Siris Storm 5.1 surround sound headphones. BOOM.

Nope,

I will rather look into an amp or a lekker sound card, or both.

PC audio goes to my Yamaha receiver and it decodes the stream to 5.1. The Receiver DSP setting is on role playing game whenever I play SC2.

This is mine I'm using, its comfy, super light, does no hurt after long session of having it on, fantastic surround sound etc.
I fired up Diablo 3 last night again, got a nervous moment when I heard an off screen screaming demon, "WTF was that??"
