I realise you are going to be in for quite a bit of abuse on this site, but thanks for at least wanting to help! We've been complaining about the lack of representivity from Telkom's side for a while.

Just for clarity - are you from Telkom or TelkomInternet?

Then, could you perhaps clarify some DoBroadband questions we've been discussing on the forum. Firstly - is it possible to activate DoBroadband on an existing DSL line? Then, is it possible to use DoBroadband in conjunction with a second ISP (say I prefer a local only account to save my cap, or I need to supplement my TI account after being capped). A couple of guys on the site have suggested that a DoBroadband offering won't allow for a second ISP - something I struggle to believe.

Also, I suggest you speak to the MYADSL guys and put up a sticky of FAQs - might save you a lot of time and frustration.

OK I am not Bonobo, but I talked to a person in the call centre who said that yes you can activate it on an existing line and once you get capped you can get your additional bandwidth from anywhere you like.

And according to the nice lady in the call centre they will be doing the same softcapping that you are used to with TelkomInternet and will also get the benefit of being able to access the base service they have advertised even after you are capped.

Of course she could have been making it all up, but she seemed well informed.
