My current ISP is Nexus. Line is with Telkom and data with Nexus. I have no problem with Nexus but I am looking for a good bundled deal.

DoBroadband 2 looks like a good deal. Yes or No?
Line + 2Gb data + 20Gb local for R258.00.

I will then add a 30Gb Local Only account from WebAfrica.
If I do reach my Int cap I will just use my Nexus Prepaid account.

I will not be signing any 12/24 month contracts. So if Seacom:rolleyes: eventually happens and prices start to come down I can always change again.

Im on DoBroadband 2 and I think its a pretty decent deal.

Soft capped. Used to get about 3.8 gigs outta it on average.
But lately I am being capped at 3.0 gigs exactly. Still a good deal though

Yes DO2 is good but you said you dont want to sign any contracts...

So? Can I not get DoBroadband without a contract? Month-to-Month.
I already have my own router so I don't need to sign a contract.

You also qualify for a free Wifi modem if you sign a 24-month contract.

This is all I could find regarding a contract on the DoBroadband site.

I'm on month-to-month.

Nice. Thanks guys
If I get soft capped each month @ 3Gb it really is a great deal.
And if Seacom lives up to the hype I will be looking to upgrade to a package similar to DoBroadband 3 in the near future.

Access or Openweb FTW!

OpenWeb FTW!!!

Very quick edit there. :)

Why do you guys prefer Openweb?
I know I just asked for Yes or No, but please explain and list a product from Openweb which is similar to what I can get.

I know Telkom is not very high on the service rankings, but I think I have read about the same if not more rants about Openweb. And if you consider the amount of consumers at each company, the amount of rants for Openweb is alarming.
