DoC launches broadband advisory council

Another council, another strategy, another draft document, another colloquium, another gathering (or 3) of ITC stakeholders, another minister...repeat.
 
... its almost as if the position of Minister of Communication was vacant all along... (english not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd language, i hope vacant means what i think it means).
