Why's this taking him 6 months ?
Is he going on holiday for the first 5 ... ?

Either that, or he's got to scratch around for some semi-competent, or rather, below-par candidates.
 
Does anyone know how we can apply for these positions? I'm a Solutions Architect and would like to know if there's a way for me to contribute.

Less waffle and syrup, more task identification, task actioning and task feedback.
 
EE is most probably a big part of Roy's scorecard with Zuma. Finding the 'most suitable' and competent candidates might be tough.
