Document shortcuts on ICS homescreen

Is it possible to add shortcuts to documents on the home screen or put them in a folder on the home screen on a Galaxy 10.1?

Is it possible to add shortcuts to documents on the home screen or put them in a folder on the home screen on a Galaxy 10.1?

On my S3 I use ES File Explorer. Long-press on a document and select "Shortcut" and it goes to the home screen.
