Dodgy business practices, i am going to settle and keep the account but continue to slate them on social media as their account does not perform. they are going through a massive amount of trouble to tell me why they cannot help me and why i need to pay rather then just letting me leave.
Who does that? Is it really worth annoying someone who is just going to be difficult.
