Dodgy ADSL SYNC - router + speedtest.net results.

Hey guys after the power failure in cpt this week my ADSL line has struggled to sync - i replaced all filters and now my 384kbps line is syncing at 1800 odd kbps - according to netgear router page yet speedtest.net yields results of 320kbps down and 400 odd kbps up - looks like upload speed of a 4mb line...

What gives?
