Less fuel less power. Simple as that. However with fuel injection cars the pressure produced by the petrol pump will void any restriction you try and place in it's way to save fuel. It's nothing but a con :D

Buying 3 right now, even though I only have 2 vehicles, that's how good it is
 
For optimum results: Connect 2 or more fuel cells.Dubble your hydrogen and lower your volts and heat production.

Fit 2 to the one car. Got to lower those volts.
 
how is this going to work? wouldn't it be like a filter, so im guessing it will mix with your fuel line? then mix the petrol and water? then what? uncontrollable pinging from the engine and then BOOOOOM!!!

But I actually looked into water injection as part of the combustion phase, to boost the cars performance.
Got the idea from a article I read about water injection in jet engines to improve the thrust-to-weight ratio. The Israeli's experimented with that in a Reconnaissance variant of the F4 Phantom to allow it to reach Mach 3. :wtf:
Dropped it after a while as too complicated for the benefits.

The "science" behind this is actually sound, if it works in practice is another story.
PS It doesn't go anywhere near the fuel lines, it gets sucked into the air intake.


@Compton-effect water/methanol injection is actually pretty easy to do and many modified cars run this. However I just can't be arsed to obtain the methanol and keep refilling the container.

I knew it was too obvious a idea.
 
I love my car (and my life):erm: too much to use untested tech. She's the only thing i got...(well not only thing BUT YOU GET THE F****** PICTURE:mad:)

There are numerous Water/Meth injection kits these days that are almost plug & play.

Your car won't blow up, but these devices cannot produce near enough hydrogen to a) cause a danger and b) actually claim to do what they say it does.
 
Those who buy this shall pay even more than they intend to save when the repairs bill comes
 
The injection kits that you can buy are intended for turbo-charged cars. The water+methanol help to reduce knock and allow the engines to run with more boost, or rather more boost than the engine was designed for.
Putting anything like that on a stock engine is pointless, and even more pointless for a non-turbo-charged engine.

OR more compression and timing in a Naturally aspirated engine.
On Stock engine is pointless yes.
