So I just stumbled upon the most IDIOTIC thing I have ever experienced. I pay for some web domain registration through Afrihost. I used to blog but now I've decided to cancel the service. Here's the thing. Back in July they added an OTP step to the login process. I didn't need to check any of my Afrihost related services, so I missed the mail.
Fast-forward to now. Ah okay, they've added an OTP step, that's annoying, but my bad. I'll just contact them and get it sorted out. Try to log a ticket, and it asks me for a OTP... just for creating a support ticket... what the hell? I have to have an OTP to send them a bloody email.
Is there a rep here who can help me out?
