Does after hours still even work?

So that whole thing where we get like 60% cap free if I download a gig after hours. (on a 5gb account which I am on)

Does that even still work any more?

Because I had 1.8GB left last night, started a 800mb download after 12, and now I have 1gb left.

I don’t think that’s very accurate, and this is not the first time my after hours has not worked at all.

I think Iburst needs to redo its cap monitoring system because it sucks, how about some LIVE stats?

If I check your site out and it tells me I have 500mb left and I download 200mb it should tell me I have 300 left right away, at the moment I get informed 24 hours later.

That makes managing cap very hard, I get my usage reposts at 04:12AM that is so unhelpful, it would be better to send them 12 each night rather than 4 in the damn morning.

Some good criticism there, I have a feeling the whole "Real time data usage" is pain for iburst - have a sneaky suspicion that report is a different data source than the actual monitoring, and the reports are generated at certain times as not to hold up the "live" data source.

My afterhours has been working fine, but I'm uncapped anytime so your situation may be different.

I've also experienced that, back in july august i'd wait till after, midnight to download something and exactly the same amount came off sigh.

Thanks but don’t worry about it, I just wanted to find out if it was just me.
I am so used to after hours not working right that I am just not going to use it.

I prefer getting the 24 hours of uncapped every now and then when I need to actually download large items and I can use it during the day.
