We currently use AMX devices to control our projectors. We've always had problems with Vista and MAC computers to connect to the projectors via the AMX devices.
I know this is probably just a firmware upgrade that is needed but Peripheral Vision that is the distributors of AMX refuse to help me because I'm a end user and The company that installed it wants to charge a small fortune just to come out and have a look.
Any ideas what the best approach would be to take?
