so my controller was working fine for years, then i didn't use it for a while and now it won't connect to anything, like my phone or pc, via usb or bluetooth. it will just show an orange colour and then go blank and nothing will happen. it does not appear when trying to pair via bluetooth, it literally does not appear at all. same with usb, when i connect it, windows doesn't say anything. i checked and reinstalled usb and bluetooth drivers but that didn't help. please help in any way you can!
