Just watched that video, seems interesting. I was looking into cures for anxiety especially since my goal for 2017 is to make friends.

From what I've researched so far;

- Legal
- Helps with depression/anxiety
- Increases IGF1
- Helps with concentration
- Reduces social barriers
- Addictive if abused
- Safer than APB's/MDMA etc.

Looking for your advice/experience since I've not heard of anyone in SA using it.

It appears as if you can buy it here:

https://upgradedself.co.za/products/phenibut

However, taking drugs is very unlikely to healthily deal with your anxiety, and even if it does, it's likely to to ultimately be a losing proposition (for a variety of reasons, building up a tolerance being most immediately relevant).

The first ports of call should definitely be mental health counselling, exercise, correct diet and cessation of drinking, smoking and any other psychoactive substances you partake in.

Damn, MyBB always delivers. Thank you copa.

I'm not planning on taking just yet, I only heard about it today so I was gonna ask around first. Gonna do some research on it too.

The internet is full of dependency / withdrawal issues & phenibut.
It's definitely not something to take more than 2 / 3 times a week especially if you're taking a dose higher than 250mg. That said - I do enjoy it occasionally for a really deep nights rest and wake up feeling pretty good.

+1 to upgradedself.co.za

Xanax is anti-anxiety medicine that most people use. Psychiatrists can prescribe it.
Otherwise increase your magnesium intake as its a natural relaxer and see if that helps. I prefer magnesium liquid like Floradix Magnesium from Dischem. Does not taste too bad. Sometimes magnesium tablets can make you constipated or give you stomach pain but you never get with a liquid.
