Does anyone know what service this wireless antennae provides?

Moved into a new place. Previous tenant left in a hurry and didn't remove his wireless internet installation.

As is customary, I am struggling with Telkom for my wired installation and want to explore what this installation can offer me. The installation inside just runs in and terminates with an RJ45 lan connection.

Looks like level 7 / bronberg

There should be equipment inside, they likely took it with due to it's cost.

Monthly costs are from R600 for 6meg uncapped and up (last I checked).

Which area are you in? That might point us in the right direction as to which WISP's equipment that is.
