Does anyone know when dstv get more hd channels?

I dont watch sport so there are only 2 hd channels! And i almost never watch mnet!

Why cant all the channels just be hd? Everthing is shot in hd these days, no?

As Lupus said the current satellite which dstv uses the Intelsat 7/10 has very limited bandwidth. So there won't be even new SD channels unless some bandwidth happens to be freed up, thats why most of the interactive content was removed and I think 2MB stream was cut from M-Net HD last year. The new satellite the IS20 to take over IS7/10 will be launched in 2012, so until then don't expect much.
