Hi Guys and Girls,

Hoping someone has had some actual experience with this sort of thing, i know they say it can help with things like trying to quit smoking and other addictions. What i want to know is if it would work for someone that has an almost phobia about an injury that happened almost two years ago? All the scans and physios say there is nothing wrong, when the person in question is in a safe environment they don't seem to suffer nearly as much. Put this person out in public and it's as if they've just had the accident.

If this sort of thing does work, does anyone have any suggestions on a good and reasonably priced hypnotherapist in PMB/KZN?

It does work, that said it depends on the patients self.

Go to your nearest psychologist and make an appointment.

I went to three different hypnotherapists... couldn't manage to get myself hypnotised.

(This was when everybody was raving about how it cured their smoking habit a few years back.)

Yes, it's completely dependable on the patients, some people myself included cannot enter that state.

(I am talking about psychology here just want to make sure we are on the same page, not talking about a phony guy that says he is a hypnotist)
