Can someone answer to this question...Does Iburst read this forums at all?Or we just complaining and crying on each others shoulders and Iburst people are laughing at us?
We are just talking about the bad service and they dont do anything about it...We are shaped almost from everything and we are paying still 700R p/m is this normal? This a criminal people...Lets do something about it...Or yes there is nothing to do about it...let them still our money...

whos iburst? i assume you mean WBS or rather peopel at WBS, i can tell you I know shaun green and dylan winik do

and what makes you say you're shaped from everything? whats the prob

I know that 3 of the 5 WBS employees [that I know about] do regularly follow this the MyADSL iBurst forum, so the answer would be yes, at least 3 of them care what happens here, as to whether they are allowed to post anything, well better ask Sasan to remove the kinky handicuffsies...

Well the problem is :
1.When i restart my PC i always have to turn off the power of modem and turn on again to connect!
2.Max speed i can get is : Nationally-500kbps,Internationally 300kbps
3.FTP download is much slower i can get max 20KB/s.
4.Mirc,MSN,ICQ keep disconecting me all the time.
5.If i start to download something it just disconects me.
6.I cant download anything with eMule,Warez,Bittorent,....etc....
7.My skype works very bad i cannot talk at all...
8.Email i battleing to send or receive any emails bigger than 50KB.

Well there is planty other things but this are the major ones....so well im so dissapointed...Btw im connected on Northcliff Tower....

Well who is who now?WBS or Iburst?i think is the same sh`t anyway:D

iBurst is a broadband technology that seems to work in Australia [not sure if the Japanese have actually started using it yet commercially in Japan - probably considered to be too slow over there], whereas WBS is merely the company here in SA that has managed to mess up the relatively good name of the iBurst technology, IMO by shaping & contending everyone with a lack of bandwidth/speed management.

But then you already knew that anyways ;).

the whole country is a wi-fi hotspot?

from the latest edition of the cia world factbook: Japan's land-mass is 374,744 sq km - thats a hell of a lot of access points, slim...

***dave goes back to nit-picking other hubris.

ok ok, i dont mean every single place in japan, geez, but they're wired up to the teeth and probably have so many radio waves passing over/through them that in 10 years they'll have x-ray vision... point is iBurst is a little backward for japan, maybe some guy in a forrest uses it
