Does iBurst get back to you

I have filled in the form on the iBurst contact page a few times all with no responce - how can I contact them and get noticed? Also has anyone else had this problem and is it me?

All that I ask is that you try out a Mac - kilps
 
My first contact with WBS was via the contact page and Sihen (Dylan) did reply (via email).

Perhaps there's a backlog with all the ex-MW customers signing-up for iBurst[:p]

To clarify: I used the <i>Contact us</i> form on www.wbsmobile.co.za
I didn't use the Pre-Subscription form on iburst.co.za

Sure! Waste some money on a phone call with Telkom? I'll only do that when I need to order - in the mean time why can't I get hold of you via the Internet (isn't iBurst selling it?) and anyway - If someone can't get a simple online contact form to work then I don't think I want to trust them with my Internet Connection - want me to email you the HTML? - Just give me the address!

Previouly to my knowdlege ,WBS does not reply mails,user enquiries or resellers enquiries ,no one I know has got reply.

Modise, it would be great to have some kind of WBS person here, even if you're a reseller.

There is quite a hoo-haa about towers being slow. During the day I'm in bedfordview (bez valley) and during the night at northcliff (I am less than 2km away from the roodepoort tower though)

I get horrible speeds on Northcliff, and great speeds at bedfordview.

What is the status on this?!
