Does MTN prepaid data expire every month?

Mobile data usage shows 69mb but data available is zero?

It used to expire after 2 months, has this changed?

No idea if it does , but axxess is so much cheaper for data than mtn

If i remember correctly data doesn't rollover anymore with the new prices that recently kicked in last month

When I buy data with existing airtime on Vodacom, it gives me the option of only the 30 days and no longer. Might be the same on MTN then.

Think RichardG is correct. At least expiry should be calendar month but I remember it was at the end of the second month even if you loaded data on 25th.

The *141*2 has options for: hour, day, week, 2 weeks, month, 6 months and a year.

Takes out the ambiguity out of it.

Dial *141*4*7# and move to the MTNData4Keeps price plan. Then dial *141*2*999# and select an MTNData4Keeps bundle of your choice and get your surf on for the next year, with the same bundle, or until you’ve depleted it of course.

I switched to Afrihost, literally 2 or 3 days ago, because of MTN's term changes. Afrihost's data doesn't roll-over like Axxess' but you can get it on prepaid. Set-up was quick.

I don't have the prepaid data, I have the month-to-month data. You can get it on a prepaid sim. The month-to-month data does not rollover.

I dialled those numbers and it migrated me to Data4keeps. Then I loaded data from the internet and it's disappeared?????????

Can't dial *141*1# anymore to check data.

That's for data on their contracts not prepaid once off data bundles.
