Does Mweb charge you if you go over data cap?

I've been downloading lots and have gone over the cap, i thought they were supposed to be throttling me?, will there be any cost that i have to pay or not if gone way over?

There are two options, one to pay a lot per MB and one to get charged a lot per GB.
I suggest you stop using your data if you hit the cap and but a top-up from another ISP for a month.

So how do i choose the option for charging me per mb or gb? Must i phone Mweb or do something on my account on Mwebs website?
