Does OCZ Vertex 4 have RAID support?

Can't find a mention of RAID in the Vertex3 product sheet, but the drive itself doesn't need to support it, RAID is a function of the SATA chipset on the motherboard or controller card.

Do you want RAID for mirroring purposes? Otherwise with the native speed of the SSDs, I think the added complexity of RAID and the additional drive(s) needed isn't worth the gain, esp on a SATA 3Gbps port when you'll max the channel with one Vertex4 and might not gain anything.

Thanks for info.
Maybe because it's a chipset thing they decided it's pointless to list it on the product page.

They do list it still for Vertex 3

why did they 'screw' up the 120gb? the 250 gb is too expensive for me and the 500GB wow is all i can say :(

There is a 120GB Vertex 4.
Just google this code VTX4-25SAT3-128 for about R1840
Note there is an error on the pricelist of the importer that list the 128GB as a 60GB.
I informed them and they will sort that out next week but i suspect some shops loaded it with that error.
