Does Rain support even exist?

As the title suggests, do they even have support staff? I never get a response from their support staff. Always just a autoresponder with a ticket number. Safe to say i wont be a customer of theirs for much longer. Paid for my geforce now on friday, and still have not been able to log in and use the service. Just keeps saying I need to subscribe, even though my.profile on rain site shows I have an active GFN sub. How they are still in business is beyond my understanding
 
It's all AI and ChatGPT now when you log a ticket.
 
Only response I ever got was from the rep on this forum...Otherwise nothing...

My ticket was also ignored. Phoning them has sorted out my issues
