Does route sentry work on Cybersmart ?

Hi I just want to find out whether I can use route sentry on my Cybersmart account.

Cybersmart is different as you choose whether you want to use your international or local bandwidth by selecting the option from their site. However I find doing this a bit annoying every time I want to browse local sites so I just use my international bandwidth for all sites (well till it runs out)

Is there anyone here using route sentry on Cybersmart? and if there is, can you explain how I need to set up route sentry?
